Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 12 April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a payment, or using AviMetric in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of AviMetric, including individuals who access the platform through coaching centres, institutes, or any third-party arrangement. Regardless of how your account was created or who facilitated your access, you are personally bound by these terms from the moment of first use.

Your continued use of the platform at any point constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these terms, including any updates or modifications made after your initial registration.

2. Single User License

Each AviMetric account is licensed to a single individual โ€” one human being, one set of login credentials, one user. Your username and password are personal and strictly non-transferable.

The following activities are expressly prohibited:

  • Sharing your login credentials (username and/or password) with any other person
  • Allowing another person to use your account, even temporarily
  • Sharing screenshots, screen recordings, or live screen shares of the platform content
  • Using remote desktop software (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.) to grant access to another person
  • Sharing one-time passwords, session tokens, or access links
  • Lending, selling, sublicensing, or otherwise distributing account access

AviMetric actively monitors login activity across devices and locations. Logins from multiple physical devices are tracked using hardware-level fingerprinting and will be flagged for review.

Accounts found to be shared between multiple users will be permanently disabled without warning and without any refund.

3. Data Collection & Privacy

To enforce the single-user license, prevent account sharing, and maintain platform security, AviMetric collects the following information each time you use the platform:

  • IP address and approximate geographic location (city, region, country, latitude/longitude)
  • Internet service provider (ISP)
  • Browser type, version, and operating system/platform
  • Screen resolution, colour depth, and device pixel ratio
  • Timezone
  • Device fingerprint โ€” a cryptographic hash derived from browser and system characteristics
  • Hardware fingerprint โ€” a separate hash derived from GPU renderer, GPU vendor, canvas rendering output, CPU core count, device memory, media device count, and touch point capability. This fingerprint is designed to identify the same physical device even across different browsers or incognito sessions
  • Login timestamps, session duration, and test activity (start, complete, module)

This data is collected and retained for the duration of your account plus 90 days after account expiry. It is used solely for security enforcement, anti-sharing detection, dispute resolution, and platform analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party. In the event of a dispute regarding account sharing, collected data may be used as evidence to support enforcement actions.

4. Session Management

Only one active session is permitted per account at any given time. AviMetric enforces this through a real-time heartbeat system that monitors active sessions every 30 seconds.

If your account is logged in from a new device, browser, or location, any existing session will be automatically and immediately terminated. You will be logged out and redirected to the login page with a notification that your session was ended.

If you are unexpectedly logged out, it means your credentials were used to log in from another location or device. Contact us immediately if you believe this was unauthorised access.

Repeated violations of the single-session policy โ€” or patterns indicating account sharing โ€” may result in IP address blocking, device blocking, or permanent account termination. Blocked IPs and devices will be unable to access AviMetric from any account.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. Once payment has been transferred โ€” via UPI, bank transfer, or any other method โ€” no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

This strict no-refund policy applies regardless of:

  • Whether the account has been activated or not
  • Whether the account has been used or not
  • How many days of validity remain on the account
  • Whether the user has changed their mind about using the platform
  • Whether the user's assessment date has been cancelled or postponed

Partial refunds, pro-rated refunds, and credit transfers to other users are not available.

Accounts terminated due to credential sharing, policy violations, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions are not eligible for any refund whatsoever.

In the event of a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing the platform during your valid access period, AviMetric may, at its sole and absolute discretion, extend your access period. This is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Technical issues will never be addressed through refunds.

By completing your payment, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

6. Account Termination

AviMetric reserves the right to suspend, flag, or permanently disable any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, including but not limited to cases of:

  • Account sharing or distribution of login credentials via any medium (WhatsApp, Telegram, email, in-person, etc.)
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, or redistribute any platform content
  • Using browser developer tools, browser extensions, or automation scripts to manipulate the platform or extract data
  • Using VPNs, proxies, or any tools to mask your true IP address or geographic location
  • Attempting to bypass session enforcement, heartbeat monitoring, or device fingerprinting
  • Using automated scripts, bots, or macro software to interact with the platform
  • Providing false identity information during registration
  • Accessing or attempting to access administrative areas of the platform
  • Any activity deemed abusive, fraudulent, or detrimental to the platform or its users

Terminated accounts are not eligible for any refund. AviMetric retains full discretion in determining what constitutes a violation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on AviMetric is the exclusive intellectual property of AviMetric. This includes, without limitation:

  • Assessment questions, question banks, and answer explanations
  • Ball game simulation code, physics engine, and scoring algorithms
  • Cheat sheets, study materials, and PDF resources

  • Video content, tutorials, and instructional materials

You may not copy, record, photograph, screenshot, redistribute, reproduce, or share any content from the platform in any form โ€” digital or physical โ€” without explicit written permission from AviMetric.

Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of AviMetric content may result in account termination and may be subject to legal action under applicable intellectual property laws.
