Run a cohort from one screen
Exam days
Group candidates into batches by exam date, then filter the whole list by day, status or name.
Seats and validity
Set a seat limit, how many days each account stays valid and how many attempts each module allows. A seat that has been started cannot be deleted and reused.
Live status
See who has not started, who is sitting now, who started but did not finish, and who has completed each module.
Reports and export
Download a PDF report for every module result, or export the whole cohort as a CSV.
Resets with a reason
Reset a module when something goes wrong, pick a reason such as a technical error or a lost connection, and keep every reset in an activity log.
Your name on it
Your school's name and logo appear on the portal and on the reports, with a small "powered by AviMetric" line.

We set it up with you: the modules you want, your seat limit, how long accounts stay valid, and the attempts per module.

Add candidates
Add them one at a time or in a batch. Logins are created for you and can be assigned to an exam day.

Hand out login sheets
Print or reprint login sheets. If a sheet is lost, issue a new password in one click.

Choose the test settings
Pick the modules each candidate gets. We set the Co-ordination input mode and the test version for your school with you.
On the day
- If a candidate refreshes or loses connection during Maths, Physics or Cognitive, the same paper and answers come back.
- Those tests are timed from the server, so the candidate's own clock cannot be used to gain time.
- Each account can be signed in on one device at a time.
- One Co-ordination input mode for the whole cohort, so everyone uses the same controls.
Coaching centres too
Coaching centres use the same portal to give every student the same practice environment. Individual students can also buy access directly in the shop.

How much does it cost?
Institutional pricing depends on how many candidates and which modules you need. Request a demo and we will send options.
How many candidates can we add?
Your portal has a seat limit that we set with you. We can raise it when your intake grows.
Can we record a candidate's ID?
Yes, as an option. The number is stored encrypted and printed in full on that candidate's result PDFs. On screen, Aadhaar numbers are masked.
What do candidates need?
A laptop or desktop computer with a modern browser. The Co-ordination test also works with a joystick and rudder pedals.
Can candidates sit the tests from home?
The tests run in a browser, so yes technically. AviMetric does not include remote invigilation, so for a supervised sitting run it at your school.
